On Wednesday, June 3rd, the Election Commission will run an ad in an effort to find the best candidate for the Administrator of Elections. The DNJ incorrectly stated that the Election Commission decided to run an ad without a vote. On May 4th, the records clearly show that the commission did vote to run an ad.

President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor, is listed as a member of the National Council of La Raza. La Raza is a national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization that promotes driver licenses for illegal immigrants, amnesty programs, and no immigration law enforcement by local and state police. This information was released by The American Bar Association.

What has happened to Justice for All, not a special group? So I ask, why would the Obama Administration nominate Ms. Sotomayor to the US Supreme Court...maybe he wants to change our founders vision, our Constitution. Ms. Sotomayor stated,& “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.” Let us reverse that for one moment. "I would hope that a wise white male with the richness of his experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a Latina woman who hasn't lived that life." …END OF STORY, NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD ANY WHITE MALE WHO SAID THESE WORDS BE NOMINATED.
Judges are to apply the law, not rewrite it for their own political agenda. Only in January, she ruled that states do not have to obey the Second Amendment of our Constitution. In her opinion, the Second Amendment does not protect individuals from having their right to keep and bear arms restricted by state governments. And now for the rest of the story regarding Pres. Bush's nomination in 1991, the lead talking points of the media and left. The Democrat Senators from New York negotiated a deal with the White House, that they could name one in four nominees to the District Court, or the President's nominees would be held up. Democratic Senator Moynihan choose Sotomayor, not President Bush. We, should never forget the treatment of Republican appointees like Miguel Estrada to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, when 44 of 48 Democrats voted to filibuster. IT was a Democrat Congressman, that stated just because "he happens to be named Estrada does not give him a free ride."; and this was for the Circuit Court not Supreme Court.
